Week 2

234.4 I gained .2 lbs.

When I logged my weight this morning this is what I got:


GREAT JOB for logging your weight! We notice that you've gained a little this week. You should know that gaining weight every now and then is a natural part of the weight-loss journey.

It didn't make me feel any better. So I gained .2 lbs. i am not going to let it get me down and I am tempted to blam it on the salty food I ate for lunch and dinner yesterday. I had a high stress week and I usually find myself eating when I get overly stressed. So the fact that I didn't gain more is great.

High: We were able to get our van repaired.

Low: stress- the van and hard goodbyes.

goal for next week: more exercise
