Week One

I lost 3.6 lbs.

My High: Losing a little weight and still eating the yummy Pizza Dip I made.

My Low: Not Finding time to Exercise.

I had a pretty good week I found my self so hungry a couple of days but this weekend went better. I am not as hungry between meals or at the end of the day now even after a week.

Goal for next week if to find time to exercise and loose more weight.
